It can be subtle and elusive, and there is magic in its hidden potential!
When you align this vertebra the whole spine responds in harmony!
The Story
The Story is constant and obvious.
To create change through the Story takes effort, as it does not have the effortless coherence of the Spark.
In the spine it will look like the vertebra that is out of alignment and restricted.
This reflects life as it tends to be obvious both to yourself and others. Generally a lot of effort has been expended on this pattern.
