Go to that area of symptom, pain, discomfort or focus wherever it is.
Ask what are you experiencing? Be entirely present with it as it is, without the need to change, understand or judge it.
If there is pain, what type is it?
What sensations are you experiencing?
Is it localised or widespread?
Continue asking yourself these questions and stay present with each sensation and fully experience each one until you feel a shift.
Allow the sensations and physical experiences to arise in your body and around it.
Accept them as they are.
Embrace the sensations and physical experiences. Observe them with curiosity.
Remind your body that it is safe to feel whatever it is feeling.
Allow each sensation to arise and run its course.
Follow the energy as it moves. If you had symptoms or sensations in one area, and that shifts to different sensations in another area, move to each new experience as it arises.
Now what are you experiencing? For example, is it pulsing, moving, changing, subsiding?
Repeat the process and follow each sensation that arises until you reach a point of coherence.
Finish by contrasting the area of focus to other areas of your body. How does it compare with areas you associate with positive sensations or areas of ease?

The physical body calls for you to be entirely present with the experience as it is.
It asks for nothing else. It does not have the capacity to think, though it stores information. It simply is.
If it is in pain, feel the pain. If it is fatigued, feel the fatigue. If it is hot, feel the heat, and so on.
One of the most destructive things you can do to your physical body is make it wrong. It knows only how to reflect what is. Its simple wisdom lies in truth.
Also destructive to the physical body is to constantly mentalise it. To seek a reason for the illness, the pain, the dysfunction can bypass the physical experience and dishonour it.
It is transformative to seek this information when the mind is energised, but not when the physical consciousness is seeking attention.
Detach meaning and accept it as it is. There is an opportunity to integrate the other consciousnesses in the Align and Ascend versions, but as you are in the physical now it is important to fully experience the physical.

It is necessary to be completely present with an emotion and experience the energetics of it to create a shift. This can be done in moments.
Ignoring or avoiding an emotion creates more charge as the chemical reaction that is the emotion still moves through your body, even when the mind attempts to ignore or suppress it.
And when we ignore or avoid an experience we are giving up the power of choice, which will create more disempowerment, and therefore pain for yourself and others. Nothing changes until you are with the energy as it is.
This does not require you to project or transfer this emotion to anyone else, it is merely asking you to honour the expression of the emotion within your own nervous system so it may be heard and experienced as pure energy.
Although you may need to recall certain circumstances in order to engage the emotion, remember that it is not the meaning or justification we are seeking; it is the unfulfilled expression of the emotion.
So, if for example, anger is needing expressing because you had previously suppressed this experience, you may need to briefly recall some situation or circumstance that made you angry.
This will assist in bringing up the anger. That is all it is useful for at this stage.
We are not looking to blame or hold expectations on others. Simply use it as a tool if you are unable to express the emotion and quickly move into your own authentic experience of expressing an emotion as pure energy moving through your nervous system without the need for justification or condemnation.
There is no judgement here for experiencing something that has been repressed. It has been there in the background dictating your experience of the world anyway. Now is the time for your body to be heard.

Point of Coherence Reached
If you have reached a point of coherence by simply becoming aware of the pattern that is wonderful! It can be that simple!
If you have experienced a shift through pure awareness trust it! Do not mistake the little effort required as an indication that the outcome will be of little impact.
The opposite is often true. This process is designed to find the greatest potential for change through the least amount of effort. This is the impact of coherence; it offers simplicity, efficiency and outcomes. When the energy is right healing is intrinsic.
Bringing awareness is doing something!! Awareness shapes reality, allow life to do the rest.
